Like most healthcare facilities, the Anne Arundel Urology Office and neighboring practices needed to continue serving patients with the same quality care while construction operations progressed. With many years’ experience of handling this same scenario, North Point Builders is an expert when it comes to completing projects in occupied and restricted spaces. For this particular project, construction was performed in three separate phases. By completing the schedule in phases, the personnel and patients operated in safe designated areas and the project was completed in a timely manner.

North Point Builders provided Design-Build Services for the first Baltimore County-owned Substance Abuse Residential Treatment Center in Owings Mills, Maryland. The treatment center project was developed in an effort to address the ongoing opioid crisis in Baltimore County.
