Morgan State University Memorial Chapel Window Restoration

North Point Builders served as the General Contractor for the window restoration of the historic Memorial Chapel at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. A key landmark on campus, the Memorial Chapel was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 2010 and is recognized by the United Methodist Commission on Archives and History.

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Lawyer's Mall Historic Restoration.

Construction Education Academy & Offices – ABC Greater Baltimore

North Point Builders was the Construction Manager for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Greater Baltimore’s (ABC) new Construction Education Academy and Office Headquarters. The new academy provides apprenticeship, training, and career opportunities for Marylanders in an effort to promote the construction industry.

Hannah Moore Historical Restorations By North Point Builders

Hannah More

North Point Builders was the Design-Build contractor for the historical renovations to the Hannah More Center. The Forbush School Hannah More Campus is part of the private, nonprofit provider Sheppard Pratt.

Carver Community Center

North Point Builders was responsible for the historic renovation of the Carver Community Center in Baltimore County. The Carver Center originally opened as a high school in 1939. It was one of the first African American high schools in Baltimore County. In 2006, the Carver building was designated as a landmark by the Baltimore County Landmark Preservation Committee.

N. Main St Church

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Historic Church Building located in Bel Air, Maryland. The building is a National Registered Historic Landmark Structure. We were responsible for the construction management and field coordination of the entire project.
