Lawyer’s Mall Historic Courtyard

North Point Builders provided General Contracting services for the Lawyer’s Mall historic courtyard renovation.

Patriot Plaza

North Point Builders was the Design-Build Contractor on behalf of Baltimore County for the renovation of Patriot Plaza between the New and Historic Court Houses. The redesign removed the out-of-service fountain and two acres of concrete. In exchange, a new usable green space with sidewalks, seating walls, lighting, and pavers now make up the open inviting plaza area.

NPB was the General Contractor for the Bain 50+ Center renovations.

Howard County Bain 50+ Center

North Point Builders provided Pre-Construction and General contracting services for the renovations of the Bain 50+ Center in Howard County, MD.

NPB Was General Contractor For the Harford County Agricultural Center Farmers' Market called "The Grove.".

Harford County Agricultural Center – The Grove

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the construction of the new Harford County Farmers’ Market – The Grove. Harford County’s vision to consolidate and promote agriculture has been realized through the development of the Harford County Agricultural Center and new addition of The Grove.

Therapeutic Riding Arena Center

North Point Builders was the Design-Build contractor for the Therapeutic Indoor and Outdoor Riding Arenas. The project was located at the Baltimore County Agricultural Center in Hunt Valley, Maryland. In addition to the riding arenas, North Point Builders also renovated two existing barns and the addition of a new greenhouse.

Lake Roland Nature Center

North Point Builders provided Design-Build services for Baltimore County’s Lake Roland Nature Center. This 500 acre National Historic District park is comprised of wetlands, meadows, and mature hardwood forests.

Soukup Arena

North Point Builders was the Design-Build contractor for the new Soukup Arena Recreation Center located in Perry Hall, MD. This project is one of nine parks in Baltimore County’s fifth district. The Baltimore County Parks and Recreation Department built the Soukup arenato further enhance the community’s recreational opportunities.

North Laurel Community Center

North Point Builders was the Construction Manager for the North Laurel Community Center. Located in Eastern Howard County, the Community Center is shared by the Departments of Recreation & Parks, Health, Police, and the Office on Aging.

Jacksonville Rec & Senior Center

North Point Builders was the Design-Build Contractor for the Baltimore County Recreation and Community Center. Located in Jacksonville, Maryland, the building was part of a larger park development project created by the Baltimore County Recreation department.

UMCP Under Armour Suite

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the renovation of Under Armour’s box suite at the University of Maryland Byrd Stadium. The renovated box suite is used by alumnus, staff, and business partners to enjoy the local football games.

Baltimore County Athletic Fields

North Point Builders was the Design-Build Contractor for the new lacrosse, soccer, and football practice fields at the Spring Grove Hospital Center in Catonsville, Maryland. Baltimore County initiated this project due to a serious field shortage in the Catonsville and Arbutus area.

Gough Park

North Point Builders was the Design Build Contractor for Gough Park – a multipurpose field complex located in Perry Hall, Maryland. The Perry Hall/White Marsh area had been planning for this park for over a decade to overcome a shortage of athletic playing fields for the community. “This is a real investment in the health and quality of life for our residents in the Perry Hall and White Marsh areas,” said Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz.
