North Point Builders was the general contractor for the 14,000-square-foot Baltimore Circuit Court Jury Assembly renovation in Towson, Maryland. This renovation revitalized the first floor of the courthouse, enhancing the jury selection process and overall experience for jurors, judges, and staff.

North Point Builders provided Pre-Construction and Construction Management services for the new White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company station. The former fire station was built in the 1940’s before White Marsh, Maryland became a thriving suburban area.
Kingsville Fire Station

North Point Builders provided Pre-Construction and Construction Management services for the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company located in Kingsville, Maryland. The original station was constructed in 1950 and the company had been using the same building ever since.
Perryville Police Station

As a General Contractor, North Point Builders built the new Perryville Police Station in Perryville, Maryland. This one-story, 8,000 square foot building was completed in one year and has provided the Police Department with a modernized and secure facility.
Savage Fire Station

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the new Savage Fire Station No. 6 in Howard County, Maryland. The original station was located in a neighborhood which was not ideal for efficient response times and easy access to major roadways.
Elkridge Fire Station

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the new Elkridge Fire Station in Elkridge, Maryland. The original 70 year old station was “outdated and inadequate” says Julianna Casey, President of the Elkridge Volunteer Department.
Towson Fire Station
Towson Fire Station
North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the new Towson Fire Station. The original station served the community for over 60 years and was deemed outdated as it lacked modern amenities including male and female living quarters and drive-through bays. With the future in mind, Baltimore County decided to build a new facility in the heart of Towson.
