Dundalk Elementary

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Dundalk Elementary School replacement. This $35 million project involved the new construction of a 100,000 square foot, two-story building.

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Riviera Beach Elementary School Addition in Pasadena, Maryland. The school was in need of a space that would unify and modernize the early education department as well as allow efficient utilization of the existing classrooms throughout the building.
Padonia Elementary

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Padonia Elementary School in Cockeysville, Maryland. The original fifty-year-old school had a capacity of 311 students. With enrollment of 530 students and growing, the school facility was struggling to keep up with the demands. Students were learning in temporary trailers and had to walk through rain and snow to transfer from class to class.
Odenton Elementary

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Odenton Elementary School addition and renovation in Anne Arundel County. Prior to the addition, the school was operating out of modular classrooms. This temporary setup increased the urgency for the project to be completed as quickly as possible.
Westminster Elementary

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Westminster Elementary school Renovation in Carroll County, Maryland. The school’s original open concept floorplan was not an ideal learning environment for students and teachers.
Eastport Elementary

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Eastport Elementary kindergarten addition in Anne Arundel County. At the time, theschool was using portable classrooms to temporarily accommodate theirstudents. Due to the increasing enrollment rate, the school was in critical need of more classroom space.
Sparks Elementary
Sparks Elementary
North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Sparks Elementary School addition located in Baltimore County. Originally constructed in 1998, the 54,000 square foot facility was designed to serve a student capacity of 410 students. Within a span of 16 years, the enrollment rate had grown by 38% with 566 students having to attend a school too small to hold them.

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the Severn River Middle School renovation in Anne Arundel County. The school was originally built in the 70’s, utilizing the once-popular open concept floorplan.
