The offices consist of over 30 architects, engineers, and construction professionals who are responsible for construction management at UMB and four other Universities in the Maryland System.

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for Sysmex Inostics, Inc., an international company that specializes in the clinical application of liquid biopsy testing. With a need for expansion, they chose to relocate from East Baltimore to 1812 Ashland Avenue, allowing Sysmex to work closely with both John Hopkins Hospital and University.
