Reisterstown Library

North Point Builders provided General Contracting services for the renovation of the Reisterstown Public Library Branch in Reisterstown, Maryland.

NPB was the General Contractor for the Bain 50+ Center renovations.

Howard County Bain 50+ Center

North Point Builders provided Pre-Construction and General contracting services for the renovations of the Bain 50+ Center in Howard County, MD.

Construction Education Academy & Offices – ABC Greater Baltimore

North Point Builders was the Construction Manager for the Associated Builders and Contractors of Greater Baltimore’s (ABC) new Construction Education Academy and Office Headquarters. The new academy provides apprenticeship, training, and career opportunities for Marylanders in an effort to promote the construction industry.

NPB was the Design-Build Contractor for the Baltimore County Substance Abuse Treatment Center

Baltimore County Treatment Center

North Point Builders provided Design-Build Services for the first Baltimore County-owned Substance Abuse Residential Treatment Center in Owings Mills, Maryland. The treatment center project was developed in an effort to address the ongoing opioid crisis in Baltimore County.

NPB Was General Contractor For the Harford County Agricultural Center Farmers' Market called "The Grove.".

Harford County Agricultural Center – The Grove

North Point Builders was the General Contractor for the construction of the new Harford County Farmers’ Market – The Grove. Harford County’s vision to consolidate and promote agriculture has been realized through the development of the Harford County Agricultural Center and new addition of The Grove.

Hereford Library

North Point Builders was the Design-Build contractor for the Hereford Library in Baltimore County. The library experienced a flood due to a water pipe break on the vacant second floor. The flooding event closed the library to local patrons of the northern Baltimore County area.

North Laurel Community Center

North Point Builders was the Construction Manager for the North Laurel Community Center. Located in Eastern Howard County, the Community Center is shared by the Departments of Recreation & Parks, Health, Police, and the Office on Aging.

Randallstown Public Library

North Point Builders was the Design-Build contractor for the Randallstown Branch of Baltimore County Public Libraries. Since 1948, the Baltimore County Public Library has been serving the community. The Randallstown Branch had aged to the point where there was a desperate need for technology resource upgrades.

Ellicott City Senior Center

North Point Builders was the Design-Build Contractor for the interior and exterior renovation of the Howard County Senior Center in Ellicott City, Maryland. The Howard County Senior Center was initially constructed in 1995 to serve the increasing Senior population in the Ellicott City area.

Jacksonville Rec & Senior Center

North Point Builders was the Design-Build Contractor for the Baltimore County Recreation and Community Center. Located in Jacksonville, Maryland, the building was part of a larger park development project created by the Baltimore County Recreation department.

Hernwood Salt Barn

North Point Builders was the Design-Build Contractor for the Baltimore County Salt Storage Facility located in Hernwood, Maryland. Western Baltimore County was in need of a large facility to hold 12,000 tons of salt that would be used to maintain wintry road conditions. Upon completion of this project, the Hernwood Salt Barnbecame the largest enclosed salt storage facility in the state.
