Key Systems Offices
North Point Builders was the Design-Build Contractor for the new Key Systems, Inc. office in White Marsh, Maryland. The company was originally located in a house, however due to growth, the company had run out of space. Key Systems decided to develop the land on the house’s property to create new offices and storage area for their company.
As the Design-Build Contractor, North Point Builders was responsible for all design, permitting processes, and owner and user program development.
The 13,000 square foot Butler double-slope pre-engineered building includes a large training room, new corporate offices for the Key Systems estimating, project management, and administrative staff, and several additional leasable office spaces. The pre-engineered system was designed to incorporate natural light, storefront, masonry and metal siding.
